RETURNS POLICY

At YEVA, we take pride in the craftsmanship and detail of every piece we create. As a small, independent brand, each order is handled with care — from the design process to the moment it’s packaged and sent to you.

To ensure you receive the best possible quality, every garment undergoes three separate quality checks:

Mid-production: Pieces are checked during the manufacturing process.
Post-production: We inspect the final construction and finish.
Pre-packaging: A final check is completed before your item is wrapped and shipped.

Because of this, quality issues are incredibly rare — but if something does slip through, we’re here to help.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged or faulty.
• You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The original tags must still be attached and clearly visible.
• The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Please note:

We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Every product page includes accurate measurements and notes on fabric stretch — so you can order with confidence. If you're unsure about fit, feel free to reach out before placing your order and we’ll respond promptly.

Why we don’t accept returns for sizing issues:
YEVA is a small-batch label, producing in limited quantities to avoid waste and maintain exclusivity. Accepting returns for sizing would impact our ability to offer unique, well-priced pieces. That's why we encourage all customers to double-check sizing before ordering.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

If your item meets the return conditions:

  1. Email us at [info.yevastudios@gmail.com]

    Please include:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the fault
    • A brief explanation of the issue

  2. Once your return has been approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with instructions.
    All approved returns are completely free of charge.

  3. We kindly ask that you remove the item from its original box and repackage it in a secure poly mailer or padded envelope. This helps minimise parcel size and ensures easier, safer handling during transit.

  4. Your return will be sent to a secure drop-off location through our courier partner — not a residential address — to protect privacy and ensure smooth processing.

  5. Please attach the label securely to your parcel and drop it off at the specified location. Full drop-off instructions will be provided with the label.

  6. Once posted, reply to our email with the tracking number and retain any proof of postage you receive. This is important in case we need to reference the return with the courier.

  7. After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed promptly.
